A message from lead pastor Patrick:
We are a brand new church that launched in the spring of 2014 in Baytown, TX. If you are looking for the perfect church or a group of perfect people, then keep looking because you won’t find them here at the life church.
We are a church of imperfect people. We’re real and ordinary and some of us can even be rough around the edges. We admit we don’t have it all together. But that’s ok. Because we believe that God loves us just the way we are and that He uses ordinary people to do extraordinary things.The life church is a different kind of church. Don’t freak out – that statement doesn’t mean we run up and down the aisles acting crazy or that we handle snakes or anything like that. But we do wear shorts and flip flops in church, eat donuts, and play some crazy music. We are a church that wants to walk alongside people to help empower them to follow Jesus. We are a church that believes Jesus can change our lives and community for the good. We are a church that values families and wants to equip men to lead their families in a godly way. We are a church that desires to add value to our community by our generosity and service. We are a church that believes we can change the world right here from Baytown, TX. We are a church that isn’t afraid to take big risks because we serve a BIG God.
